A family from Merzouga
Hi, I'm Iddir, founder of Morocco Calling, a small, family-run travel agency based in Marrakech. My family comes from Merzouga, at the foot of the great dunes of Erg Chebbi, where we grew up between the sand, the palm groves and the kasbahs of the south.
For more than 10 years we have been welcoming travellers from all over the world and showing them the Morocco we know and love — not from behind a desk, but on the road, at the camp fire and around the family table.
Every trip we organise is private. You travel with your own vehicle and an English-speaking driver, at your own pace, on an itinerary designed around you. We take care of the details — accommodation, routes, desert camps, local guides — so you can simply enjoy the journey.
