Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all tours and services booked with Morocco Calling, based at M'Hamid 9, Marrakech, Morocco. By confirming a booking, you accept these terms.

1. Quotes and bookings

All our tours are private and priced on request. Each quote is personalised and lists exactly what is included. A booking is confirmed once we have sent you a written confirmation and received any required deposit.

2. Prices and payment

• To confirm your booking, a deposit of €200 is required, payable by PayPal.
• The balance is paid on the first day of the trip, in cash, directly to your driver.
• The balance can also be paid by credit card, with a 5% bank fee.

3. Cancellations by the traveller

• If you cancel at least 20 days before your arrival, your deposit is refunded in full.
• If you cancel less than 20 days before your arrival, the deposit is not refundable.
• If you postpone your trip, your deposit remains valid and can be used for new dates.

4. Changes and cancellations by us

We may need to modify an itinerary because of weather, road conditions, events beyond our control or for your safety. In that case we will always propose an alternative of comparable quality. If we have to cancel a tour, you can choose new dates or a full refund of your deposit.

5. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers take out comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses and cancellation.

6. Travellers' responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for holding a valid passport and any visa required for Morocco, and for informing us in advance of any health condition, dietary requirement or mobility issue relevant to the tour.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
