FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can't find your answer? Message us on WhatsApp — we are happy to help.
Are your tours private?
Yes. Every tour is private: the vehicle and the driver are for you and your travel companions only. You will never share the car with strangers, and you can stop wherever you like for photos, coffee or a walk.
Does the driver speak English?
Yes, all our drivers speak English. They are local, know the roads and the regions very well and are happy to share stories about Moroccan culture along the way. In cities like Fes or Marrakech we can also book a licensed local guide for a more in-depth visit.
Can I customise an itinerary?
Absolutely — most of our guests do. Our tours are a starting point: we can change the start or end city, add nights, upgrade accommodation or combine regions. Use our Build Your Trip tool or message us on WhatsApp and we will design a proposal for you.
How much does a tour cost?
The price depends on the number of travellers, the season and the level of accommodation you choose. Send us a request and we will reply with a clear, personalised quote with no obligation.
How do I book and pay?
Once you are happy with your itinerary, you confirm it with a deposit of €200, paid by PayPal. The balance is paid on the first day of your trip, in cash, directly to your driver. You can also pay the balance by credit card, with a 5% bank fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your deposit is fully refunded if you cancel at least 20 days before your arrival. If you cancel later, the deposit is not refundable. If you need to postpone your trip, your deposit stays valid and can be used for new dates.
What is the best time to visit Morocco?
Spring (March–May) and autumn (September–November) are ideal for most itineraries, with pleasant temperatures in both the cities and the desert. Summer is very hot in the Sahara and inland, while winter nights in the desert and the mountains can be cold. Read our full guide on the best time to visit Morocco.
Is Morocco safe for travellers?
Morocco welcomes millions of visitors every year and most trips go smoothly. As anywhere, use common sense in crowded places. Travelling with a private driver who knows the country makes things even easier — and we are always reachable on WhatsApp during your trip.
What should I pack for the desert?
Comfortable clothes in layers, a warm jacket for the evening (desert nights can be chilly, especially from November to March), sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat or scarf, and a small overnight bag for the camp — your main luggage can stay in the vehicle.
Can you pick us up from the airport?
Yes. We can meet you at Marrakech, Casablanca, Fes or other airports and start the tour right away, or organise a simple transfer to your hotel.
